英語でCooking

3月6日(月)～3月9日(木)にかけて、2年生英語科特別授業として『英語でCooking』が行われ、英語を話しながらチョコレートや抹茶のマフィンを作りました。生徒たちは英語を話しながら、楽しそうにマフィンを作っていました。

 I made chocolate banana muffins with my friends and teachers.  Firstly, I mashed the bananas.  It was very easy, so I enjoyed it.  Secondly, we mixed the mixture and put it into paper cups.  It was very difficult for me.  Finally, we ate them.  They were very delicious, so I want to try cooking them with my family at home. 

Making muffins was a lot of fun for me.  I don’t usually cook, so I was a little nervous.  Moreover, I used only English!  When we were mixing the ingredients I worried whether it was enough.  I was worried until we put the 16 muffin cups into the oven.  21 minutes later they were baked.  The color was nicer than I expected, and the matcha smell was good too.  When I ate them, I felt that someday I want to cook muffins again.
